Rede Partners advises on one of China’s largest GP-led secondaries transactions in 2025.

Monterro, a leading B2B software investor in the Nordics, has announced the first and final closes of the latest funds in its two fund series at their hard caps, securing a total of €1.725 billion in commitments. In an accelerated double fundraise, the firm raised €1.375bn for its fifth flagship fund (“M5”) and €350m for its second lower mid-market fund (“G2”), closing just four months after launch.

Welcome to the 15th edition of the Rede Liquidity Index (RLI), looking at institutional investor sentiment towards Private Equity (“PE”) in the first half of 2025. The latest data shows a fifteen-point fall in LPs’ intention to allocate capital to Private Equity funds, resulting in an overall RLI score of 45. This means that, on average, LPs expect a decrease in their deployment of capital to PE funds over the next 12 months.
