Kayleigh Lavender

Kayleigh is a Senior Associate in Rede's US Advisory team.

She is an integral part of deal teams, liaising closely with clients and supporting senior team members on all aspects of fundraising deal management.

Prior to joining Rede, Kayleigh was a Senior Associate at Atlantic-Pacific Capital where she was responsible for GP advisory and execution. Previously, Kayleigh spent five collective years at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank.

Kayleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, where she also earned minors in Business and German.
