Michael is Rede's General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Michael brings over 25 years’ legal and compliance experience from around the globe.

Prior to joining Rede, Michael was the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel of MVision Private Equity Advisers. He has also held in-house-counsel roles for various firms including Macquarie Bank, HSBC and BlackRock.

Michael holds a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and is qualified to practice as a corporate solicitor in NSW Australia.
