Lydia Spencer-Owen

Lydia is the Marketing and Team Assistant within Rede's support team.

She provides direct support for the Head of Origination and wider support to Rede's Origination team with logistical functions including diary management, travel planning and client liaison, whilst also supporting the delivery and preparation of Rede's Marketing functions.

Prior to joining Rede, Lydia worked in recruitment, specialising in financial services. Prior to this, she spent 7 years as a senior flight attendant at British Airways.

Lydia is an associate member of the CIPD.
