Leon Sharma

Leon is an Analyst in Rede's Capital Solutions team.

He is an integral part of the execution team, assisting with all aspects of the deal process, working closely with clients, and supporting senior team members.

Prior to joining Rede, Leon worked at Triago (now Houlihan Lokey), where he gained experience advising on GP-led secondary transactions, direct investments, and primary fundraising.

Leon holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from London Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
